SEEKING GRACE WHILE ON RETENTION

While on the retention journey, it is typical of us to focus on physical stuff like avoiding masturbation and sexual content, fasting, etc.

These are beautiful practices, but we often find they need improvement. We must be open to a union with the God living within us. We have to be able to seek and experience this grace that is always available to us who are on the semen retention journey.

In other words, the ultimate goal of celibacy or semen retention is to be one with God.
